Custom domain, set to primary, still not acting primary
-
Hello,
I set up my new domain as directed on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/
Basically, I added mysite.com so I wouldn’t have to use mysite.wordpress.com
However, when I go to mysite.com, it still redirects to mysite.wordpress.com
Did I do something wrong, or is there a bug somewhere? Help! Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The redirection is working properly for me from http://adamvwahlberg.wordpress.com to your domain at http://http://adamvwahlberg.com There is no bug.
This process is not instantaneous. It can take up to 72 hours (but rarely does) for the domain name to propagate throughout the internet and we have no control over when the various ISPs flush their caches. Review this step and be patient please.
5. To activate your new domain, select the button next to the one you wish to activate and click Update Primary Domain. Your blog will be accessible from both of these domains; the Primary Domain is what actually appears as your domain within the address bar of web browsers.
If you do not see your blog at the new domain immediately, please allow some time for the DNS changes to propagate. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/#instructions-for-registering-a-new-domain-for-your-blog -
I’m sorry about the double http:// above. I meant to type http://adamvwahlberg.com
BTW I’m on the west coast of Canada on and island as far out west and the URL redirect is already working here. To watch the process see here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/
