won’t let me add a header image to my page
I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme which says that I can add a custom image, but I am not being allowed to do so.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to > Appearance > Header and upload a header image that is 1000 x 288 pixels.

What exactly does that mean?
Do you get an error message?In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.

Let me clarify one more thing for you. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to http://parentstrainup.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header

I’m not clear if in fact you are the blog’s owner and are logged in as Admin or not? Please tell me whether or not that is the case.

You’re actually using the Wilson theme and there are no header options for this theme. If you’d like to use a Custom Header, you’ll need to change your theme.
If you’re talking about a different site, please give us the URL of your site.

Thanks for your reply, but I changed back to Wilson because of the problem with the header. I will try a different theme later.
