Custom Header Image Not Publishing

Hi, whenever I try to publish my image in the custom header section, it won’t publish. It says it did, but I cannot see it. It is in the correct size recommended for the Responsive Blogger theme and in the correct format (.png).

The site justlivinlikelex.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on BlueHost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and BlueHost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
