Custom header issue

  Im using the theme ‘neat’, and cant seem to use a custom header. When I try to upload something, it says this about it in the media library “xx.png” doesn’t exist?” and doesn’t show up on the page. It worked before but has failed several times since. Anyone know what the problem is?

  You’re probably trying to crop the image: the cropping tool is broken. You need to resize a copy of it so that it is in the exact dimensions specified by the theme, and upload that copy.

  (Or do you have the CSS upgrade?)
