Custom HTML not working on preview

I have a strange issue where the main preview on the top right doesn’t display my custom HTML but the mini preview does.

Many thanks for taking the time to take that screenshot there.
Looking at the browser, do you have an adblocker? If yes, we’d recommend disabling that.
Also, where did you locate that widget from?

Just disabled Adblock and its still showing the same thing, mini preview works but the main page preview doesn’t.
The widget is from BrightLocal, the company I work for. It has worked in the past but this is the first time I am seeing the main page preview not work.

That embed code will not work because we do not allow certain tags on WordPress.com, for security reasons, including JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags. I see the code you are adding contains Javascript. You can the code on preview, but once it is published WordPress.com strips any banned code which is why things are not showing.
These restrictions are in place to prevent any disruptions in service due to potentially malicious code.
