Custom Html not working properly?

    I wanted to insert a live webpage in my blog, when i add the embed code and clicked preview it worked fine but after saving when i opened the page in a new window, the entire code was showing and not the webpage that wanted to embed.

    I also wanted to add ad code in the page, when i clicked preview during editing the ad load just fine but after saving and opening the page in a new window only ad code was showing? i don’t know what is happening, please guide me.

    The html code you can use on the wordpress.com platform is very limited. You find a list with the allowed codes at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/

    Putting ads on a wordpress.com site isn’t allowed according to our TOS.
