Custom Menu

  Hi So I am pretty much blogging illiterate and am trying to set things up. I would really like a menu on the left side of my home page but I can’t seem to figure out how to make it show up. I went through the custom menu widget and could not get it to actually appear on the page. I’m not quite sure what I”m doing wrong. I am using the esquire theme.

  Could you make sure you’ve assigned your menu to a theme location at Appearance -> Menus?
