Custom menu missing option to add pages and links to menu

I am using itheme2 which has the custom menu feature. However, the menu only allows me to add categories to the menu and I’m supposed to be able to add links and pages to the menu as tabs in the navigation bar.
i have also paid for the upgrade to customize theme but still there’s no option to add pages or links to the navigation tabs.

Hi there,
After looking into your Dashboard, I found that you only have a Home page, so you can add that your Custom Menu. If you want to add more pages, please publish more pages by going to Pages > Add new in your Dashboard. Once they have been published you can add them to your menu.
As for links, go to Appearance > Menus in your Dashboard and select the Links tab:
Once you are there add the link/link text and you can add that to your menu.

In custom menus, there is no option to add pages. There is only an option to add categories to the menu.

You have only a Home page published. You do not have any other pages so no other pages can be added to your Menu. That’s why you can only add a page called Home to your Menu:
As I mentioned above, if you want to add more pages to your menu, please publish more pages by going to Pages > Add new in your Dashboard. Once they have been published you can add them to your menu when you go to Appearance > Menu. Those new pages will show up there.

I understand I only have a home page. The pic you show is not an option in my menu. There is no option to add the home page to the menu anywhere. Nor could I add links if I chose to. There is only an option to add posts with specific categories. No where does it give me the option to add the sole home page to the menu, so when you are on the site you can return to it.

Does your Appearance > Menus page look like this? :
You may be in the Categories tab. Is there a Pages tab at the top? If you click that it should open up to look like this screenshot:
If not, can you please provide me a screenshot of that page and upload it to your Media > Library page? I’d be happy to take a further look.

Thanks for your time. No, it doesn’t have anything but a categories tab which is what I’m trying to fix. Here’s a link to the menu page screenshot.

Ah thank you for the screenshot! It makes so much more sense now. It looks like your Screen Options have been unchecked to only show the Categories and Format tabs. Please go to the top of that page and you will see Screen Options. Please check Posts, Links, Tags, and Pages. It will look like this:
Then they should appear.
