Custom menu password

  Is there any way to password protect one custom menu tab and its drop down menus and posts by using only one main password on main category?
  For example, my custom menu has the following categories:
  | Menu 1 | Menu 2 | Menu 3 |

  Now, let’s say Menu 2 is a drop down menu with other categories. Can I make them visible only after entering password for Menu 2?

  I hope it makes sense.

  You are confusing menu items and menus.

  Fair enough, still new to wordpress :) In that case, is there any way I can password protect one of my menus and hide its items and sub-menus until password has been entered?

  You can’t password-protect menu items, but you can password-protect that pages that the items are linked to.
