Custom menu widget not showing up

A custom menu widget I created (in order to set up a multilingual blog) will not show up. At some point as I was tweaking it, it did, and no matter how much I’ve deleted/reset the inputs, it will not show. I am attempting to do OPTION 2 in this tutorial linked.

I have a feeling some php is blocking it? I am using the TwentyTen theme.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Right now your widget is set to only show up on posts where the category is French. You can see it, for example, on your French category page here: http://ciccglobaljustice.wordpress.com/category/French/

You can check and manage where a widget shows up by clicking the Visibility button on the widget, under Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard.

To get the widget to appear on other parts of your site, you’ll need to add more widget visibility rules. For example, you can click “Add” to add a new rule and then select “Page is Home” from the drop down menus. That will make the widget appear on your home page.

We have more information about widget visibility here: Widget Visibility

Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)
