Custom startpage

  Hi,

  I want an existing page to become my start page (and no longer the “Start page” template).

  How can I achieve that?

  I am using Hevor theme, how can I deactivate the Front Page template?

  I know, how to normally switch the homepage. But in this case, it seems, that it is depending on some setting or functionality of the theme.

  The website is showing the respective template as front page, as it is described.

  Front Page: Displays the start page of your website, regardless of whether it is set to display the latest posts or a static page. The start page template takes precedence over all other templates.

  But we want do configure a “normal” page as the front page (like it is usually done and like explained in the guide, that you referred to above).
