Custom text under header image – free account
-
Okay, I’m not looking to add custom text below the header image – just edit it. It’s already there, right under the header image. There’s nothing anywhere in the menus to edit this text, and as a free account there’s no access to the code (other than to view it) or custom plugins.
I’m pretty sure this has always been a free account (I’m working on it, I didn’t make it), but the theme has been “retired” so there’s no real way to get information on it (other than ask). It’s Modularity Lite.
Since the information is being gradually migrated to another site, I don’t want to try to completely rebuild this site as well just to get a link to the new site in place.
I guess I will make a sticky post for now with the link to the new site, but I’m *supposed* to create a link below the header image, which appears to just be impossible unless the site is upgraded, or moved to a host where I can just edit the darned file.
Since there appears to be no way to edit it, I have to wonder how it got there in the first place. The client says it was always a free account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Are you speaking of the Contact Us At text? You can update that here:
https://buckslakefire.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme_options
As you mentioned, your theme is retired, which means all its options won’t be in the Customizer like they are for newer themes. That link in WP-Admin is where the special features of your particular theme lives.
