Custom Theme is not appearing

    I purchased Divi from Elegant themes. I went to Dashboard –> Appearance –> Theme. I do not see the “add new” option button that should be between Themes and Search Themes at the top.(as per Elegant Theme’s website). I have even purchased the “Premium” membership thinking that would be the solution. I have also deleted the cookies.

    Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
