Custom theme not showing up

  I customized the theme for my blog a few months ago, and it still has not changed from the way it was before I customized it. When I go into the customizer, it shows the changes, but when I click the save and activate button, it reverts back to the previous appearance.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have the Custom Design upgrade? If not, the Customizer doesn’t save the changes.
