  Sir,when I go for upload custom theme then he can said upgrade in business plan.please solve this because I am a new to your platform present time I have no money for upgrading plan.After 2 or 3 months I can upgrade plan

  Note that the free or Premium themes available to activate if you have a free WordPress.com site are found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can be made to work here but only if you upgrade to a WordPress.com Business plan.
