Custom Website

I have created the website I want using an html validating program and would like to apply the formatting to pages within wordpress(.com). I copied and pasted the .html coding and the .css styling into the appropriate places, but keep running into a couple of problems:

    1) WordPress keeps creating a default menu, that I don’t require or want on my site. Can I get rid of your menus entirely or do I have to somehow modify the one you apply as a default to look like the one I want using CSS?

    2) WordPress displays a very large picture of my logo (user picture) on every page – above the unwanted menu. How can I get rid of it?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    1) WordPress keeps creating a default menu, that I don’t require or want on my site. Can I get rid of your menus entirely or do I have to somehow modify the one you apply as a default to look like the one I want using CSS?

The menu on your WordPress.com site are part of the Untitled theme you’re using there. You can create a custom menu by going to Appearance > Menus in your dashboard. From there, you can modify what links appear in your menu.

If you prefer, you could also use CSS to remove that menu completely or customize the way it looks.

    2) WordPress displays a very large picture of my logo (user picture) on every page – above the unwanted menu. How can I get rid of it?

I don’t see the picture of your logo above your menu. Were you able to remove this yourself? I do see the logo appearing underneath your menu, but this is being added by the custom CSS you already added.
