  I did my changes, I changed the color, font, etc, but still doesnt recognize the changes when I enter to my blog. It is a wordpress problem? please help.

  No, it’s probably that you didn’t buy the Custom Design upgrade. You can’t save those changes until you do.

  so, you’re saying I can’t resize my font if I don’t buy the Custom Design? i don’t get it, I can’t change the color of my background neither? I don’t understand. Sorry.
