Custome Header Upload Problem

  I want to replace the existing custom header as it has a spelling error. When I try to upload the replacement image it allows me to crop it but then gives the following message when I click on ‘Crop and Publish’ –

  Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.

  The new image is a 11KB .jpg

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

  If that doesn’t work, which browser (and version of) are you using?

  Thanks – I have tried clearing cache and cookies… no joy.

  I usually use Firefox 9.0.1 (and have run updates) and also have Internet Explorer 8 v8.0.6001.19170CO.

  Do you have the same problem in both Firefox and IE?
