  Hi there, what site are you working on? Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.

  Here on WPcom, you’d only have access to this information for your site followers who signed up with their email address or not logged in to their WPcom accounts. Look under Manage> People> Email Followers and you’ll see a button to download the information as a CSV

  In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
