Customer account password reset email issue

  Hi, we have an issue where customer account password reset emails are not being received – password reset requests made on this page just aren’t delivered.

  All other emails sent though the site i.e. WordPress login password resets are being received without issue. Our web host says there’s no issue their end preventing emails from being sent.

  We’ve tried swapping themes without success and testing for conflicts by disabling every plugin in turn, again without success.

  Any ideas on how we can fix this would be much appreciated.
