  Hi there, I’m having troubles figuring out how to a customer reviews plugin/widget i believe it’s called. I’ve tried following instructions given online but they are proving to be difficult and not helpful. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade my membership. I am hoping you are able to assist with this issue. Thank you in advamce.

  Can you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to set up? An ecommerce site of some kind? WordPress.com does not have the ability to set up customer reviews exactly, but you may be able to use our Testimonials functionality for this instead: https://wordpress.com/support/testimonials/

  Testimonials is built in to WordPress.com so any site can use that feature, but to clarify about plugins, it is not possible to add plugins to our free WordPress.com sites. If you need to use a specific plugin, you can unlock that ability by upgrading to our WordPress.com Pro Plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
