  It appears that Launch27 is a specialized hosting service based on WordPress. Our service (WordPress.com) is something similar, so there’s no need to purchase an additional hosting plan from us if you already got one from Launch27.

  Also note that support for the WordPress software is provided by a community of volunteers over at the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).
