  What is the customer service number to receive my refund?

  Hi there,

  You’ve already cancelled your plan and we’ve issued a refund. You should have received an email confirmation of this, but if not you can also view your receipt here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take around 10 business days to appear in your bank account, but this depends on the processing time of your specific bank.

  I needed to receive the $13 back as well, it notified me to call but I don’t have a customer service number

  That part of your refund has already been issued as well. You’ll see a receipt for it in your billing history that I linked to above.

  We don’t offer any phone support, and by cancelling your plan you removed your access to live chat support, so these forums are the only option.
