    Is there a human being that work at wordpress? Do I have to be Houdini to figure out how I could speak to someone? Why did I pay $18.00 for a domain and mapping for something I could not map but only have the ability to be refunded $13.00? This is comical!

    24 hours ago I purchased a domain that I intended to use as my address for my blog. Since then, I have been unable to use the address, unable to get a reply from emails to support and now unable to be refunded the amount I foolishly paid 24 hours ago. I paid WordPress to purchase the domain and can only find instruction for mapping for domains owned outside of WordPress!

    This is without question the more frustrating experience I have had on the internet. I am confident that this, like my earlier email will go without response.
