WordPress.com does not have phone support. However, we help thousands of users a day through the support forums and via email. So I am sure that I can help you as well!
What are you having trouble with on WordPress.com?

I would like to return the upgrades I ordered as I don’t need them. I was confused because WordPress is incredibly confusing… Anyway, I just ordered them a couple of days ago. So if you could explain with quite a lot of detail how I go about getting refunded, that would be great. Thank you.

No need for detailed instructions. I can help you out!
I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Premium Upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain hannahaverydesign.com. This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing hannahaverydesign.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.
2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $73. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, hannahaverydesign.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I would like to transfer it to my wordpress.org account. So I guess I would like to be refunded the $73, but could you explain how I go about transferring it to the .org side??
-
No problem, we’ll get it all sorted.
First things first, I have processed that refund for you and removed the Premium upgrade fro your account. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

As far as using hannahaverydesign.com with a self-hosted WordPress.org site, All you will need to do is to change the nameservers to point to your new webhost using these instructions here:
After 60 days have past from the date you registered the domain (ICANN rules), you can transfer the domain to a new registrar if you wish using these instructions:
Some people like to have their domain registered with the same company they use for their hosting. Operationally, it doesn’t make any difference. I have domains registered at GoDaddy and use a different hosting provider. But it can be easier for billing and getting support if/when you need it.
Take a look through those pages and let me know if you have any further questions. I’ll be happy to help.
