CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE?

I have tried three times to update my credit-card information online, always being careful to hit the ‘Save new card’ button, but the new information never seems to get saved–the old information stays in place, and that credit card is now expired. IF I COULD SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING TO EXPLAIN THIS, IT COULD BE FIXED IN 2 MINUTES. What do I have to do to reach a human employee at this company?
