  Hello!
  I am trying to setup my website/woo commerce account and when I plugged in my email it automatically directed me to ernstproductions. However, I am trying to setup the shopping cart via woocommerce for Ability Bound (website: abilitybound.com) not ernstproductions.

  Any clarification or help would be appreciated.

  Hi Connor, It sounds like the email address you are trying to use for WooCommerce with abilitybound.com is the same email address that is on the WordPress.com account with ernstproductions.wordpress.com, and since WooCommerce and WordPress.com are connected, it is looking for that email address and bringing up that account.

  Since some of the WooCommerce features need a connection via Jetpack to work properly so that it can access data on our servers for shipping and tax information, you will need the WordPress.com connection, and it would be just fine to use the existing WordPress.com account you have.

  Let us know your thoughts.

  The alternative would be to use a different email address when setting up WooCommerce, but since your new site is already connected to the existing account via Jetpack, the above would be the easiest.
