I just want help switching from ‘classic’ to Gutenberg with minimal changes to workflow and was advised to get WP help via chat. I don’t want to switch my domain or site hosting, but signing up for ‘Premium’, which appears to be the least expensive way to get chat support, seems to require that I change my site hosting to you (at additional cost). How can I get chat support for my non-commercial. not-for-profit site, http://www.natunelist.net? I tried your online documentation but it doesn’t seem to address my needs.

We can’t help you with sites that ain’t running on the wordpress.com platform. As your site uses the open source wordpress.org, you can get support at https://wordpress.org/support/

To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
