  I can`t customize my web site. The menu appears on the left hand side of the screen but none of the options are available (I click on them but they do not open). What can I do?

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (GoDaddy uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and don’t have access to your server files.

  There is support available for your version of WordPress at WordPress.org (not WordPress.com) and you can find it at this link here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
