Customise permalinks

  I’m a new blogger, (not technical) and have come to a full stop with permalink. How can I customise it? One site advises going to “Settings>Permalink” – Result: No “Permalink” under settings. Another site suggests going to “Options>Permalinks” – Result: I cannot find “Options” on the dashbioard at all. Can someone please help?

  Hi. The instructions you saw are only valid for WordPress.ORG. Here at WordPress.COM, you can’t change the permalink structure. It’s always /yyyy/mm/dd/post-title/
