Customised Data
-
Dear Sir or Madam,
In my spam folder, I’ve recently discovered a series of warnings received over the last couple of months via email that my subscription is about to run out due to the expiration of my card. I immediately checked the webpage and to my relief found out that although its not functional anymore, the setting is still as it was. I immediately downloaded the contents and started to search for alternative options to the expensive premium account. However, only a couple of days later before I could really do anything in this matter, the webpage that is carrying the memory and artistic legacy of my father and that took me weeks to set up last year disappeared. For this reason, I have decided to find my own hosting and move the webpage to wordpress.org. Therefore, I would like you to provide me with the original customised data or at least some kind of a print-screen-like guidance so that I can get at least close to what the page was like before.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and help.
Best regards,
Adam Lorenz

Hi Adam,
Of which website are you speaking? You used to have an upgraded site with us, but all the content on that site is still visible at the free WordPress.com address, https://zdeneklorenz.wordpress.com/
We never delete content or take a site offline due to an expired upgrade, so if something like that happened to your site, you’re referring to a site hosted with another provider.
I do see you used to have the Premium theme, Twotone, active on your site:
https://wordpress.com/theme/twotone
That theme formed part of your premium plan, and when the plan expired your site reverted to a default free theme, just like the custom domain reverted to the free WordPress.com address. However, the content on your site was not touched.
You can re-enable that theme on your site by either purchasing a new premium plan, or by purchasing the theme as a stand-alone upgrade. Theme purchases are once-off transactions, so the theme will not need to be renewed annually.
