  My Customising Tools for my site are not working.
  The app is showing me message that say ‘Customizer Tools are not working’ when i try and access them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Everything is working properly for me from https://authorslicense.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php

  Can you try using that link and let me know what happens.

  A few things to rule out:

  – check if your browser needs an update
  – try using a different browser
  – make sure that the internet connection is stable (never hurts to reboot it)
