Customising my page

  I customise my page with a background photo and different colours, it says it’s saved but when i look at my page not as ‘admin’ it goes back to being plain.
  Anyone know what I can do?

  The Customizer is just a free preview of what you could do with the Custom Design upgrade. The only customizations you can do for free are on the dashboard Theme Options page.
