Customization fee reimbursement or use toward Premium purchase

  I would like to know if I can use the $30 fee I paid for Quintus customization can be used toward a purchasing a Premium domain. I want to upgrade because the customization still doesn’t give me the flexibility I need.

  I purchased customization less than a month ago.

  Upgrades can’t be swapped, but you can cancel your Custom Design upgrade and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store section of your dashboard, where you’ll find it in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
