Customization of arrows

    So… I am trying to add arrows to my menus and it doesn’t seem to show up on the website even though they show in the customization program. The navigation arrows box is checked. (In customizing mode with the Ashe Pro theme in featured slider and in the main menu). The only thing that shows on the website are boxes.
    Help me fix this please!
