Customization: saving changes
-
When I customize my new theme “Twenty Ten”, it displays “saving changes…” all the time, but it never saves. I’ve also given up the possibility of uploading a background image, but it does not save either.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am not sure what customizations you are trying to save, but some do need the Custom Design Upgrade to save. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
If these are standard customizations (background, header, etc.), you don’t need to use the Customizer. Please see this post from Panos, another forum volunteer: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2013/03/28/customizer-and-other-settings-options/
If you are also having trouble saving your changes, please try these browser troubleshooting tips or another browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Thank you for your answer, Justjennifer. Actually, I’ve already realized that I was using a template whose settings are payable. A little message is displayed “purchase to make it live”. Sorry, I’m new in WordPress.
I’d like to customize the template, but it doesn’t let me edit the CSS. -
CSS customization does need the Custom Design upgrade. And you can only edit the style, not the underlying PHP and HTML. More info on the Support doc.
