    I piad for the domain name and the website hosting and when I click to customize my website, it tells me it’s spam and the site is forbidden.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, by the look of it, your site is hosted at Bluehost and using the open source WordPress software.

    For help with your site, you’ll want to either contact your web hosting provider or head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.

    WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
