customize aspect page is not opening

  Dear WordPress
  i changed blog’s theme, but i’m not able go open customize aspect page. I tried with different laptop (google chrome, internet explorer, safari etc) the page doesn’t load “design tools” and i’m not able to work on my theme and go live. It’s more than 3/4 days that problem occurs.
  Kindly support asap
