Customize button is not working

    In the customize heading we have my options to choose from like Global, Header builder, sidebar, footer builder, etc. None of them are opening. i have tried so many times and reset it but still, I cannot open them. I can’t make any changes to my header or footer also.

    Hey there, sorry to hear it! I can’t access the customize section on that site because it isn’t hosted here:

    If you’re not seeing error messages or anything, it could just be a browser issue, or even one of your browser extensions. I’d try another browser (Firefox instead of Chrome, for example) just to see if the same issue happens there. If the other browser is OK, you can use that info to troubleshoot.

    If the problem happens in both browsers, you might try reaching out to your theme support.
