Customize no longer works

  Dear WordPress,

  I tried several times to customize the colors, fonts, etc. of my blog, but when I press “save” (in the design tools vertical bar on the right) it stalls and remains permanently in the “saving changes…” state, without actualizing the changes. I deleted the cache and cookies, signed out and in, even changed computer and OS, but still the same problem remains. Can you help?

  Hi Marco,

  You are welcome to preview the custom colors, fonts, and css features, but to make those changes live on your blog you will need the Custom Design upgrade. You can purchase this upgrade from the Store in your dashboard.

  Ok, now I got it. But i strongly suggest that WP avoids that stalling “saving changes…” messages and replaces it with something which explains why.
