Customizer horizontal menu

  I want to adjust my current top horizontal menu to include drop down items. In the WordPress docs it says to make a horizontal menu in the customizer. I did that and it looks awful on the page.

  Can I move that customizer menu underneath my horizontal page graphic? Is there code to do that?
