Customizer isn’t loading

  Hi, I have been trying to load the customizer all day but it keeps giving me an error message and saying ‘try again’. Nothing works! Please advise

  Hi, it’s not live yet: itgrowsintonbridge.wordpress.com

  I am using Firefox on a Mac. I get the error when trying to access the customizer through my current theme, or when trying to switch themes.

  I have a screenshot of the error message, but it doesn’t say anything useful.

  That’s very odd.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  I read this and thought “yeah, that’ll never work”. Checked Firefox, updated it, and now the customizer works. So, thank you!
