  I’ve tried clearing plugins and caches, using different browsers. Nothing works.

  Hi there,

  Can you please tell me what happens when you try to load the Customizer?

  Have you tried loading it in incognito mode? How about a different internet connection, say free wifi at a library or coffee shop?

  The Customizer on your site loads fine for me, so this is likely an issue on your end. Please check if the browser console gives any errors when you try to open the Customizer:
