customizing

    My issue is that I want to customize my header but I am not able to do so. When I hit customize button it takes me to the correct page but then it does not let me click the option of header builder or any other options.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.
