Customizing header

Greetings, I am using the Adventure template and want to import my own header and background images. Have placed jpeg file in “Browse” box, clicked on the “Upload” button which does not activate and the browse box is “emptied”. Image croped to correct pixels prior to uploading. Any suggestions? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

You’ll just be installing the other browser as additional one so we can rule-out a browser-specific issue. Your current browser will still be available, that won’t change.

OK…have downloaded the two browsers but still no “upload” success. It should be so simple!!!

File extension is jpeg and correct size. Just a thought has anyone else tried to customize a header with this theme? Thanks for help everyone!

Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot at ‘Media’ -> ‘Add New’ and place the link in this thread.

I seem to be creating more problems…I have the screen shot as an attachment but this reply does not seem to support this…only links which I have not been able to do. Sorry!

You can upload the screenshot via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard.
Once you have it there, let us know, and we’ll take a look.
