Customizing the home page

  I am able to add the name of the blog and replace the original photo with one that is apropos of the site but I can’t seem to remove the picture of the ocean and the saying by Izaak Walton. Can you help me get past this roadblock? Thank you.

  Hi tuttodolomiti,

  The ocean photo has been added to the content of “The Journey Begins”:

  https://wordpress.com/post/tuttodolomiti.wordpress.com/3

  From there, you should be able to replace the photo with another and remove the quote by Izaak Walkton.
