  I brought a theme and I can not customize my blog to the way I want it. It says I have to buy.

  But I already brought the theme so I now have to re buy to gain control over the layout.

  The theme’s functionalities are different than the features of the Custom Design upgrade. You can find your theme options at https://lmj2013.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=avid

  This means I paid $68 for a theme I can not customsize to make my own. How is that fair I might as well get one of those free one which I could customize.
