CV Upload function? Help much appreciated…

  I am using WordPress to advertise jobs (I am a recruiter) and would love the option for my readers to be able to upload their CV’s to me directly from the adverts. Is there a function / widget that I could use for this?

  The Contact Form, but it will not accept links or images, only plain text.
