  You can start here and then pick the site you want to open https://wordpress.com/sites for working in the New Dashboard

  Otherwise, to reach your WP Admin Dashboard (i.e. Classic) you can add /wp-admin/ to your site URL, so for the site linked to your username that would be https://cely68blog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
