When I log in, the system advises me that I do not have the right privileges to allow me to access the dashboard for my own website!
Can anyone help me please?

https://wolleandhide.wordpress.com/ is devoid of content. What is the URL of the site you wish to access? Perhaps you reach it by logging into a different WordPress.com account or perhaps it is located at another company entirely.

Thank you for your message. Agreed. That’s the weirdness of this. You’re right, there is no content at the URL above. But there is content at: https://wolleandhide.co/ which is my site and the one I’m actually trying to edit. However, when I type “/wp-admin” after the URL and hit enter, the URL changes to “https://eweniceand rodneyram.wordpress.com/wp-admin/” and I get an error message telling me that I do not have the necessary privileges to access and edit the site via the dashboard? I’m really struggling with this. Can somebody help me please??

https://eweniceandrodneyram.wordpress.com is the underlying free site that automatically directs to your custom domain site wolleandhide.co
It looks like this susanblackah account isn’t the account associated with the above sites. Can you remember the correct username and password? Try again making sure you are completely logged out from this “wrong” account first.
